My holistic approach combines Music, Fun, Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Movement, Breathing, and Sound Therapeutics to help you rediscover your innate vitality and connect with your true self.
Who I Am:
I am one who knows and can see the soul. I am a God-led teacher, leader, coach, and intuitive guide on a mission to help humanity unlearn everything that has made them sick and disempowered. Together, we'll relearn how to live BRIGHT from the inside out.

My Yoga Therapy sessions offer a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern knowledge. I empower you to take an active role in your healing journey, helping you find what resonates best with your unique constitution and frequency. The end goal is to have you fully equipped and feeling better always than when you first came in.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Sound Healing. Through the use of Crystal Alchemy sound bowls and tuning forks, I provide you with a transformative experience that can help you access a deeper state of relaxation and meditation, helping you to shift consciousness.
There’s something about the fact that we need to move our bodies in ways that are beneficial to us, our own unique makeup, not a mold or not even a “method”. YOU have your own method based on what is for you based on where you are at in your life. It’s about taking the sweetness of what works from all the constructs and applying what you need. Some of us are recovering from injury or illness, some of us are looking for strength, others may have just had a baby, or are looking to stay in shape while pregnant. Some of us want to keep osteoporosis out of our life, others want to gain flexibility. How we move should be based on our intentions and energetic make up. Something to keep in mind…the elements that created the world also reside within you and when these elements are out of balance so is your energy, your mental, emotional and spiritual flow. Movement not just “yoga” should be individualized based on these elemental imbalances. When we look through this lens, energies can then be balanced and life can be BRIGHT
