About Me
Meet Elisha and Her Journey
ABOUT ELISHA
Founder of Bright Body Harmonics™
Movement. Frequency. Embodied Intelligence.
Elisha is originally from Santa Clara, California, where her lifelong passion for movement began. She entered the world of fitness over 30 years ago, teaching step aerobics as a teenager before becoming a Division I college athlete on scholarship at Santa Clara University. Once an athlete, always an athlete — that embodied discipline and intuitive body awareness are still at the core of her work today.
Elisha is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor (CorePower 200HR & Balanced Body Pilates), Yoga Therapist (Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy) C-IAYT Student, Sound & Somatic Practitioner, and is currently completing her LMT clinicals with Massage Therapy Academy. Her background spans mat Pilates, barre, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reformer Pilates — all of which ultimately led her to the integrative world of Yoga Therapeutics and Embodiment work.
Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine, frequency is the language, and fascia is the bridge.
A Journey That Rebuilt Her From the Inside Out
In 2016, Elisha’s life changed profoundly. After losing her father unexpectedly to a brain aneurysm and facing the collapse of a toxic, abusive marriage, she stepped onto a deep healing path. What began as survival became transformation — a soul reclamation that awakened her to the power of harmonizing mind, body, and soul.
Yoga therapy, somatic work, and functional movement became both her refuge and her rebirth. The experience inspired her first modality, Mind, Body, Soul Harmonics, which later evolved into the system she is now known for: Bright Body Harmonics™.
Resilience as a Lived Experience
As an athlete, Elisha understands the body’s ability to break — and rebuild.
In 2020, she fell from an eight-foot ladder, requiring a plate and nine screws in her left foot.
Six months without walking reshaped her understanding of:
fundamentals
alignment
fascia
functional movement
nervous system regulation
and the power of consistent, mindful practice
Pilates and yoga didn’t just rehabilitate her — they rewired her relationship with strength, mobility, and resilience.
The Work She Does Today
Elisha is known for weaving together:
Yoga Therapy
Trauma-Informed Somatic Practices
Fascia-focused movement
Meditation & Breathwork
Yin and Restorative Yoga
Ayurveda & TCM principles
Sound healing & frequency work
Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science to restore harmony, resilience, and embodied intelligence. She believes healing begins in the mind, travels through the fascia, and expresses as frequency.
The Spiritual Thread
Elisha works as a Christ-flame conduit, carrying healing lineages rooted in the Sacred Arts of the Andean Mystical Tradition, studied at the Austin Shamanic Center.
Her guiding belief:
When energy flows freely and the heart stays open, the whole being becomes vibrant and BRIGHT.
All healing happens through the frequency of love.
Life Outside the Studio
When she’s not teaching or creating, Elisha is a DJ of electronic dance music, walking the beach, writing, traveling, and being a mom to her two bright, fierce daughters.
Her home is full of life — a black pug, a Frenchie, a hairless bambino cat, and two bunnies.
Her Mission
To help people remember their own brilliance.
To awaken the fascia as an intelligence.
To return people to their bodies, their breath, their freedom.
May all beings be free from suffering.
And most of all — LIVE BRIGHT.
