About Me

Meet Elisha and Her Journey

Elisha is originally from Santa Clara, California. Her journey in the world of fitness and holistic well-being began 30 years ago with her love for teaching step aerobics, which continued throughout her college years as a Division I college athlete where she played softball on scholarship at Santa Clara University. Once an athlete, forever an athlete. She's an ISSA certified trainer, Yoga and Pilates instructor (200HR Core Power and Pilates Balanced Body), Yoga Therapist (Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy), Sound and Somatic Practitioner, and is currently studying to become a LMT. She specializes in a wide range of disciplines from mat pilates, barre, yoga, meditation, breath work and reformer pilates which has all led her into Yoga Therapy. Her true passion for health and fitness, however, extends far beyond the physical.

In 2016, Elisha's life took a transformative turn. Her father unexpectedly passed from a brain aneurysm in March. In September 2016 she uncovered her husband’s ongoing affair. Knowing she needed to get out of an addictive, toxic, and physically and verbally abusive marriage she was faced with significant personal challenges. She embarked on a soul-searching journey that eventually led her to the path of yoga therapy and holistic well-being. This journey opened her eyes to the powerful impact of harmonizing the mind, body, and soul, leading to the creation of Mind, Body, Soul Harmonics.

As an athlete, she also knows what it takes to rehabilitate injuries.  In 2020 she fell from an 8 foot ladder and has a plate and 9 screws in her left foot. Not being able to walk for 6 months gave her a new appreciation for basics, fundamentals, and functional movement.  It was truly yoga and pilates that gave her the strength, flexibility, and mobility to stay strong, resilient, and to keep pushing forward.

Elisha's dedication to her clients is rooted in her belief that true well-being starts within the mind. She brings together ancient practices and modern science to guide individuals toward a healthier, more balanced life. Her expertise includes Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy, meditation, sound healing, Ayurveda, and aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Movement is the medicine and has always been hers from a very young age.

She is a Christ flame conduit that works with Healing Lineages from the Sacred Arts of the Andean Mystical Tradition. These lineages were studied with at The Austin Shamanic Center. She believes that making sure energy is running fluid and tuned accordingly is the KEY to living vibrant and BRIGHT! It is through the energy of LOVE that all healing transpires.

In her spare time, she is a DJ of Electronic Dance Music, walks the beach, writes, loves to travel, and is a mom to her two wild, crazy and joyful daughters. She has 2 dogs (black pug and frenchie, a hairless bambino cat, and two bunnies!

May all beings be free from suffering and most of all - LIVE BRIGHT!!!!
