Massage Therapy and MYOFascial Health
Your body holds more than tension — it holds story. Through therapeutic massage and myofascial release, I work with the fascial web that connects every muscle, organ, and system in the body, releasing restriction at its root rather than chasing symptoms on the surface. Each session is a dialogue between hands and tissue, attuned to what your body is ready to soften, remember, and reorganize. Rooted in the Bright Body Harmonics™ method, this work bridges clinical skill with somatic awareness — helping you move, breathe, and inhabit your body with greater ease, presence, and freedom.

Gua Sha Therapy
Gua sha is a specialized fascial therapy that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently mobilize the connective tissue (fascia) and underlying muscles. Rather than "scraping," the goal is to restore healthy tissue glide, improve circulation, reduce tension, and support your body's natural healing process. Clients often experience improved mobility, decreased pain, faster recovery, and a greater sense of ease in movement. Depending on the condition of the tissue, temporary redness may occur as circulation increases—this is a normal response and typically fades within a few days.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is a gentle decompression technique that uses specialized cups to lift the skin and underlying fascia rather than compressing it. This negative pressure helps improve circulation, encourage lymphatic flow, reduce muscular tension, and restore healthy tissue mobility.
Unlike traditional massage, which applies pressure downward into the tissues, cupping creates space within the fascial system. This can help release areas of restriction, improve range of motion, support recovery after exercise, and decrease discomfort associated with chronic tension or overuse.
Cupping Therapy is commonly incorporated into treatment plans for:
Fascial restrictions and limited mobility
Neck, shoulder, and back tension
Athletic recovery and performance
Scar tissue and tissue adhesions
General muscle soreness and stiffness
During your session, cups may remain stationary or be gently glided across the body as part of an integrated therapeutic treatment. Temporary circular marks or discoloration may occur depending on the condition of the tissues and typically fade within several days. These marks are a normal response to increased circulation and are not bruises.
At Bright Body Harmonics™, cupping is thoughtfully integrated with therapeutic massage and fascial techniques to help restore movement, reduce restriction, and support your body's natural ability to heal.
What is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy uses vibration, frequency, and resonance to support deep relaxation and a greater sense of balance within the body. Therapeutic sounds and vibrations—such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, or other sound-based instruments—may be incorporated into a session to create a calming sensory experience and encourage the body to shift into a more restful state.
Because sound is experienced not only through hearing but also through vibration, it can complement hands-on bodywork by helping quiet mental activity, deepen body awareness, and support nervous system regulation.
At Bright Body Harmonics™, sound therapy may be thoughtfully woven into select sessions alongside therapeutic massage, fascial work, movement, cupping, or gua sha. Each session is individualized, so sound is incorporated when appropriate to support relaxation, integration, and the overall therapeutic experience.
Some sessions may include sound therapy as part of an integrated approach to fascia, flow, frequency, and whole-body wellness.
